All
tariffs are GST inclusive and the
prices quoted above are based on a maximum of 4 people
per townhouse. Two extra guests may be accommodated in
some of the townhouses at a cost of $15.00 per person
per night to a maximum of $50.00 per week.
Payments: A deposit amount of 20% of the total rental
is required to confirm your reservation. Accommodation will not be held without
a deposit. Tariffs are subject to change without notice unless deposits
have been paid - we accept all major credit cards, cheque payments
and eftpos. Full payment of your accommodation is required upon check-in at the resort.
Late check out charge: $20.00 to midday & later by arrangement (Please note: late check out is not always possible)
No refund will be made in the case of a "No Show"
Bookings which are
cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival will be
charged a cancellation fee of $25.00. This amount will be
withheld from the initial deposit and the balance will
be refunded upon cancellation of your booking. For bookings
which are cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival in Low Season and 28 days in High Season,
the following conditions apply. If the room cannot be
let for that same period of time, there will be no refund.
Cots, highchairs and
stair guards may be hired. Quotes available on request.
Room rates include linen and weekly servicing of your
unit.
