Our spacious luxury Villas are located next door in the Sonoma Complex on Gympie Terrace Noosaville, just a minutes’ walk down the driveway to the Noosa River.
If you are looking for privacy on the edge of the Noosa River then these fantastic free standing apartments are simply perfect for you and your family or friends. Approximately 2260 square feet in size, these villas offer a “very unique” holiday lifestyle in Noosa on the fabulous Noosa River. Some Villas even boast their very own plunge pool!

Villa Description
The Villas are ideally suited for a family of six or maybe you wish to share the cost of luxury with other couples or friends. Whilst staying in our Villas you will enjoy the comforts of fully ducted air to every room, a spacious outdoor entertainment area with a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Each Villa has two bathrooms, a large open family room and three very spacious bedrooms, separate laundry and outdoor spa off the main bedroom on the upper level. All Villas have a locked up carport for 1 small- medium size car.
Noosa Water Views Villa – This Villa is located at the front of the gated community with stunning views of the Noosa River and a private heated plunge pool and sun deck.
Sonoma Luxury on the River Villa– The plunge pool is covered with a shade sail so swimming all day without the worry of sunburn is a reality. If your focus is on getting that perfect tan or space for the children to play then there is ample room on the grassy backyard. This Villa is located toward the back of the gated complex.
PLEASE NOTE: The Sonoma Villas are located in the neighbouring Sonoma Complex. Check in will be required at the Reception of Noosa Village River Resort however the Sonoma Villas are independent of NVRR facilities. The Sonoma Complex offers its own outdoor pool for your enjoyment.
**Unfortunately, you are unable to use the Resort facilities at Noosa Village River Resort when staying in a Sonoma Villa due to Body Corporate restrictions.
