Terms & Conditions

Tariffs
All tariffs are GST inclusive and the prices quoted above are subject to the number of people per townhouse. Extra guests may be accommodated in some of the townhouses at a cost of $30.00 – $50.00 per person per night.
Tariffs during the Noosa Triathlon and Easter, are subject to increase depending on availability.

Payments
We accept most major credit cards and eftpos. Full payment of your accommodation is required before check-in at the resort.

Late check out charge: $60.00 to 2PM & later by arrangement (Please note: late check out is not always possible) No refund will be made in the case of a “No Show”.

Sundry Items
Cots, highchairs and stair guards may be hired. Quotes available on request. Room rates include linen and weekly servicing of your unit. (Weekly servicing is excluded only where rates have been discounted)

Pets
Are not allowed in the units or on common property.

Smoking
Smoking in units and common areas is not allowed. Some units are designated non-smoking inclusive of outdoor areas.

Late Arrivals
Check-in time is between 2pm and 5pm. If you will be arriving after office hours please advise and we can arrange for key safe access and provide you with a code for key collection. The balance of your accommodation total will also be settled and taken from the credit card provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

LOW SEASON
72 hours – cancel free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival – if cancelled within 72 hours 100% non-refundable

MID-HIGH SEASON
14 Days – cancel free of charge up to 14 Days prior to arrival – if cancelled within 14 Days 100% non-refundable

PEAK SEASON
30 Days – cancel free of charge up to 30 Days prior to arrival – if cancelled within 30 Days 100% non-refundable

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Low Season – No deposit is required at the time of booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival from your nominated credit card unless prior arrangements have been made. If cancelled or modified within 72 Hours of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and the booking is then non-refundable.

Mid-High Season – (School Holidays) – No deposit is required at the time of booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged 14 days prior to arrival from your nominated credit card unless prior arrangements have been made. If cancelled or modified within 14 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and the booking is then non-refundable.

Peak periods (December/January School Holidays, Easter & Special Events) – No deposit is required at the time of booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged 30 days prior to arrival from your nominated credit card unless prior arrangements have been made. If cancelled or modified within 30 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and the booking is then non-refundable.
*Please note: if any of your travel dates crossover into peak season, the Peak Season deposit and cancellation policy will apply.

COVID POLICY:– Noosa Village River Resort permits a change of dates, offers a resort credit for future stays or refunded cancellation without penalty when a ‘Federal’ or ‘State’ health order is in place that prohibits a guest to transit between their location and the resort as a direct impact associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. This is on a case-by-case basis and will need to be discussed with resort management.
